You need to go to the active sg+ website at https://www.activesgcircle.gov.sg/ and click on myactivesg+. You will then have to log in with your Singpass. After that you can go to book facilities and use search function to find pickleball. You can choose the venue. Once you click that, you can select a date and time. Each slot is 1 hour and each person can book up to 2 slots a day.

If you’re booking at peak times, you will have to ballot. Balloting only opens 14 days in advance of your chosen date from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. You can only ballot once per sport for each date. A single ballot can be for up to 2 slots. You may get both or none of the slots that you ballot for. Your ballot results will be sent to you via SMS by 12 PM the next day. If you get your balloted slots you can either accept or reject.

Once you’ve booked and paid, they’ll send you an sms confirmation and you’re good to go.
