Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using Play! Pickle services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Enrollment And Fees

Enrollment in Play! Pickle is subject to the payment of applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable.

Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. We reserve the right to remove any individuals who do not adhere to these guidelines.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and Play! Pickle will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Health And Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety. Play! Pickle is not liable for any injuries sustained during training or play.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Play! Pickle, including but not limited to training materials, are the property of Play! Pickle and may not be reproduced or distributed without our express written permission.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your next scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play! Pickle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make changes to these terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email or updating the "Last Updated" date at the end of these page.
